Key Responsibilities

- Lead Company'sstrategic roadmaptoward growth and profitable exit.

- Act as astrategic partner to the board and founders, guiding business expansion.

- Establishfunding strategy and investor relations, leveraging solid networks for Series A/B and beyond.

- Driverevenue growth, market expansion, and valuation scalingin BFSI and analytics space.

- Develop key partnerships withglobal BFSI clients and technology partners.

- Prepare the organization foracquisition, merger, or big-tech investment(e.g., LTI, MindTree, or global players).

- Mentor leadershipfor seamless succession.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Proven track record ofbuilding and scaling product-based technology companies, ideally withsuccessful exits.

- Strong exposure toBFSI, data analytics, automation, or ERP sectors.

- Demonstrated ability toraise funding, lead valuations, and build strategic investor relationships.

- Deep understanding ofM&A;, scaling operations, and global expansion.

- Exceptional leadership, vision, and communication skills.

Preferred Profile

- Entrepreneurial leaderswith 20+ years of experience, includingC-suite leadership.

- Experience intaking companies to high-value exits.

- Strong industry network withVCs, PEs, and strategic investors.

- Open to candidates in theirmid-40s to late-50s.
