Hiring Alert | Lead AI Engineer – Agentic AI (Microsoft Copilot) CTC: 35–40 LPA Overall** | Location: Pune, India | Experience: 10–15 Years We are looking for a seasoned AI Engineering Leader to join a high-impact Agentic AI team focused on building next-generation autonomous AI systems, enterprise-grade intelligent workflows, and scalable GenAI platforms. This role is ideal for senior professionals with strong expertise in Generative AI, AI Orchestration, Autonomous Agents, Prompt Engineering, and enterprise AI architecture, along with proven leadership experience in driving large-scale AI initiatives and mentoring high-performing engineering teams. You will play a strategic role in shaping AI-driven products and platforms that leverage LLMs, multi-agent systems, enterprise integrations, and self-learning AI frameworks. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Agentic AI platforms
• Build and manage autonomous AI agents using advanced LLM frameworks and orchestration ecosystems
• Drive AI strategy, technical decision-making, and platform scalability initiatives
• Mentor and lead cross-functional AI engineering teams across development, deployment, and optimization cycles
• Design reusable AI infrastructure, modular architectures, and enterprise-grade automation frameworks
• Work on prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, and intelligent workflow automation
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Leadership stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals
• Fine-tune, optimize, and evaluate LLMs/SLMs for performance, scalability, security, and low-latency deployments
• Drive CI/CD automation, governance, AI operational excellence, and platform reliability
• Build self-learning AI systems capable of adaptive reasoning and autonomous decision-making Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Python, Java, Node.js, JavaScript, React, and Postgres
• Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, MCP, A2A protocols, and Tool Calling
• Experience with Microsoft Foundry/Azure Foundry, Copilot Studio, Agentforce, or equivalent AI ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, Power Automate, and AI workflow orchestration
• Robust understanding of AI model optimization, quantization, distillation, and edge deployments
