The Role The CTO will own the full technology agenda — strategy, architecture, engineering leadership, and delivery outcomes — across multiple product stacks in a compliance-sensitive, enterprise-grade workplace. - Define and execute technology strategy across multiple product lines (including B2B SaaS)
- Drive engineering leadership, delivery discipline, and team accountability
- Lead selective modernisation — knowing what to change, when, and why
- Embed practical AI, ML, and automation adoption into products and engineering workflows

- Have led technology in a B2B SaaS product company and owned outcomes.
- Have experience scaling enterprise-grade SaaS platforms with complex client integrations
- Can lead through technical credibility and judgment, not hierarchy
- Have a grounded, hands-on approach to AI adoption — embedded in practice, not just strategy
- Treat security, data privacy, and compliance as design inputs, not afterthoughts
- Are comfortable managing multiple stacks at different maturity levels simultaneously Not the Right Fit If: Your background is primarily IT services or infrastructure without SaaS product ownership, or you are seeking a purely strategic, hands-off role. Qualifications Essential
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics (or equivalent engineering degree)
- 15 to 20 years in technology, with at least 5 years in a senior engineering leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Engineering)
- Proven track record in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software product company Preferred
- Exposure to RegTech, FinTech, or enterprise compliance / reporting domains
- Experience with XBRL, structured data standards, or financial reporting technology
