Role Overview:

Acts as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all interactions.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner. Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining service quality.
