Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for a Warehouse Supervisor based in Solapur, with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Warehouse

Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, manage shipping and receiving processes, ensure accurate inventory control, and supervise material handling activities.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, optimizing workflow, and leading a team of warehouse staff to achieve organizational objectives efficiently. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to company policies and timely deliveries is vital to this role.

Qualifications Solid Supervisory Skills, with experience in leading and managing warehouse teams Knowledge of Shipping & Receiving processes and Material Handling techniques Proficiency in Inventory Control methods to maintain accurate stock records Hands-on experience with Forklift Operation and safety compliance Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with warehouse management software and tools is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are advantageous Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mftrz
