Role Description

As our Clinic Assistant , you will play a critical role in connecting with parents , understanding their needs, and guiding them into the right therapy programs. Your impact = more families supported, more lives changed.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inquiries from parents via WhatsApp, Instagram, and website leads

Conduct discovery calls to explain our programs and value with the support of therapists

Maintain follow-ups and assist with onboarding recent clients

Manage outreach to pediatricians, inclusive schools, and therapists for partnerships

Track leads and conversions using CRM tools

Support the launch of webinars, info sessions, and masterclasses

Qualifications

1–3 years experience in sales , parent counselling , or health/ed-tech

Presentation Skills and ability to create and deliver Presentations

Lead Generation and Market Research skills

Effective Communication skills

Robust interpersonal and networking skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience in teletherapy or the healthcare sector is a plus

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + Performance Bonuses with 3 months of probation
