Role Objective
The Senior Executive will be responsible for the seamless execution of campus life activities, ensuring high student engagement through the coordination of clubs, cultural committees, and professional development workshops. This role serves as a vital link between students and various administrative departments, focusing on process documentation and data accuracy for institutional accreditations like NAAC.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Services & Campus Life Coordination
- Event Execution: Lead the planning and execution of student club activities and Cultural Committee events.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and update the master campus event calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Logistical Support: Manage classroom bookings, logistics, and inter-departmental coordination (Security, IT, Facilities) for all campus activities.
- Competition Management: Oversee the smooth conduct of Inter-House competitions and all internal activities organized by the Office of Student Affairs.
- Institutional Outreach: Facilitate both intra-institutional events and inter-institutional collaborations.
2. Workshops & Personal Development
- Program Organization: Assist in the end-to-end organization of training programs and workshops aimed at student holistic development.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of student participation and feedback.
- Outcome Analysis: Monitor and report on the learning outcomes of each program to ensure continuous improvement in engagement quality.
3. Process Documentation & Compliance
- Archiving: Maintain rigorous, updated records of all student initiatives and activities.
- Data Auditing: Regularly audit departmental data to ensure 100% completeness and accuracy.
- Accreditation Support: Manage and organize data specifically required for NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) and other ranking purposes.
4. Feedback & Quality Improvement
- Engagement Analysis: Design and implement feedback mechanisms post-events.
- Quality Control: Analyze student feedback to recommend and implement improvements for future campus engagement strategies.
Feature Requirement Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in student coordination, event management, or academic administration. Candidates preferred from the Education and Higher Education sectors only.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), basic AI tools and Experience with HCM/ERP portals.
Communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with students and faculty.
Competencies
