The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and managing architectural projects from inception to completion. Key tasks include creating architectural designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring integration of designs with project needs, and overseeing project execution to meet quality and timeline requirements. The Architect will also handle client communication and ensure alignment with project objectives.Qualifications - Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design to create functional and innovative building solutions - Experience in Project handling from presentation level to execution level alongwith site monitoring - proficiency in working drawings,GFC and detail drawings to execute as per final 3D is a must.- Skills in Software Development and Integration to incorporate modern technology into architectural designs - Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail - Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, along with relevant certifications and job experience (practical knowledge) is preferred
