Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead and execute design initiatives across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid visual sense, hands-on design expertise, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects while maintaining high design standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling creatives across digital, print, and video platforms Design social media creatives, thumbnails, presentations, print layouts, OOH banners, website visuals, and marketing collaterals Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and branding solutions Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across all communication touchpoints Collaborate with marketing, content, creative, and tech teams to translate briefs into impactful visual outputs Generate fresh digital ideas and contribute to campaign ideation and execution Provide creative direction, mentorship, and support to junior designers and freelancers Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, creativity, and timely delivery Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and evolving digital design practices Maintain high creative standards and ensure only quality work is delivered Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in graphic design with a diverse portfolio Experience in handling digital, print, branding, and campaign creatives Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and CorelDRAW Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, and branding Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced agency or media workplace Ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and drive creative efficiency Solid communication and presentation skills Added Advantage
