Role Description The Chemical Engineering Specialist will work on-site at the Pimpri Chinchwad facility in a full-time capacity, supporting day-to-day plant and process operations. Responsibilities include designing, reviewing, and optimizing chemical processes to improve efficiency, yield, and safety. The role involves monitoring production parameters, troubleshooting process deviations, and coordinating with operations and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues. The specialist will develop and update process documentation, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines. Additional tasks include conducting technical analyses, preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Chemical Engineering, with the ability to apply core principles to plant operations and process optimization.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills and Process Engineering capabilities for troubleshooting, data interpretation, and improvement projects.
- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in a manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, or process industry environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards, environmental regulations, and best practices in process safety management.
- Proficiency with process simulation or engineering tools (e.g., Aspen, HYSYS, or equivalent) is an advantage.
