We’re Hiring | Customer Success Manager (CSM) | Pune | Hybrid Sakon is looking for an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager (CSM). If you are passionate about customer engagement, SaaS solutions, strategic relationship management, and driving measurable business outcomes, this opportunity could be a great fit for you. Location: Pune, India (Hybrid) Shift: US Shift Experience: 8-12 years in Customer Success / SaaS / Managed Services / Account Management What You’ll Do:
- Manage customer lifecycle from onboarding to adoption, retention, and growth
- Conduct QBRs, customer reviews, workshops, and strategic engagement meetings
- Build customer success plans aligned with business goals and KPIs Manage escalations and drive resolution in collaboration with internal teams
- Develop Go-to-Green strategies for at-risk accounts
- Monitor adoption trends, health scores, and customer usage patterns
- Drive customer enablement, product adoption, and ROI realization
- Maintain accurate customer records and success plans in CRM tools
- Analyze customer health and engagement metrics
- Identify churn risks proactively and execute mitigation plans
- Support renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Partner with Strategic Client Executives for account growth What We’re Looking For:
