About the Role:
Seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Architect – Oracle EBS Finance & HR to lead enterprise-scale ERP transformation, solution architecture, and functional governance across Finance and HR domains.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with solid exposure to large retail environments, multi-country operations, enterprise integrations, and business process transformation. This role requires a strategic functional leader who can bridge business, IT, architecture, and delivery teams while driving operational excellence across the Oracle ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle EBS Functional Architecture
Lead functional architecture and solution design for Oracle EBS Finance and HR modules.
Define scalable enterprise processes aligned with retail business operations.
Provide architecture governance across ERP transformation initiatives.
Drive solution alignment between Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations.
Finance Domain Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Oracle EBS Financial modules including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management (CM)
iExpense
Purchasing & Procurement integration
Support financial consolidation, compliance, taxation, budgeting, and reporting processes.
Work closely with finance leadership on process optimization and automation initiatives.
HR Domain Responsibilities
Lead functional ownership for Oracle HRMS modules including:
Core HR
Payroll
Self-Service HR
Compensation & Perks
Leave & Attendance
Performance Management
Support workforce transformation and HR process standardization.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve employee lifecycle workflows.
Stakeholder & Delivery Management
Engage with CIOs, Finance Leaders, HR Heads, and Enterprise Architects.
Translate business requirements into enterprise-grade ERP solutions.
