- End-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing & Plant roles
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & references
- Screening profiles and coordinating interviews
- Managing stakeholder & candidate communication
- Handling offer rollout and joining follow-ups
- Experience in bulk hiring / plant hiring preferred
- Good communication, coordination & stakeholder management skills
