Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for an Admissions Counselor at Confidential company. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students and their families to provide guidance and information on programs offered. Key responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting campus tours, assisting with the application and enrollment process, and maintaining communication to support students’ transition. This role involves collaborating with academic and administrative departments to align admissions strategies and identify potential students.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with prospective students and stakeholders. Customer Service and Sales experience to ensure a seamless enrollment process while effectively addressing inquiries and concerns. Understanding of educational guidance and programs to offer accurate and comprehensive information to students and families.
