Design Hardware Engineer (Pahalgam)

Position: Design Hardware Engineer Experience: 5
- 10 years Location: Ambernath Educational Qualification: BTech/B.E in Electronics Engineering Roles and responsibilities:
- Design and development of high wattage power supplies (3KW and above).
- Design schematic and multilayer PCB using Altium Designer.
- Experience in AC-DC and DC-DC converter design.
- Knowledge of SMPS topologies such as Full Bridge, Half Bridge, LLC, PFC, Flyback, etc.
- Component selection including MOSFET, IGBT, transformer, inductors, and capacitors.
- Thermal management and efficiency optimization of power circuits.
- EMI/EMC troubleshooting and compliance testing knowledge.
- Testing, debugging, and failure analysis of power electronic circuits.
- Hands-on experience with Oscilloscope, Power Analyzer, Electronic Load, and LCR Meter.
- Preparation of schematic, BOM, Gerber, and technical documentation.
- Coordination with firmware, mechanical, and production teams.
- Support for prototype development, validation, and production.
- Knowledge of international safety standards like IEC, UL, and CE preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in high power industrial, medical, or EV power systems preferred. Pay: ₹276,793.69
