The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves analyzing financial data to inform strategic decisions, optimizing resource allocation, and leading financial audits. Collaboration with other departments to improve cost efficiency and financial performance is also a key responsibility. Qualifications
- Robust knowledge and experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial planning.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with accounting principles, cash flow management, and risk assessment.
- Advanced skills in financial software, Excel, and other related tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CA are a plus.
