Job_Description":" Model Institute of Engineering & Technology (Autonomous) seeks to fill faculty positions at the ranks of Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor within the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, adhering to the eligibility criteria stipulated by AICTE. The ideal candidate must have proven research credentials with publications in SCI/SCIE/Scopus indexed Journals and passion for teaching using modern teaching pedagogies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching and Curriculum Development:


- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in Electronics & Communication Engineering.


- Design and revise course curricula in line with industry trends and academic standards.


- Mentor and supervise students in academic projects, internships, and research work.

1. Research and Scholarly Activity:


- Conduct cutting-edge research contributing to advancements in Electronics & Communication Engineering.


- Publish research findings in SCI/SCIE/Scopus-indexed journals and present at conferences.


- Guide students and supervise research projects effectively.

1. Academic Leadership and Administration:


- Lead and contribute to the enhancement of academic programs.


- Participate in academic committees and institutional governance.


- Mentor junior faculty to foster professional growth.

1. Community Engagement and Outreach:


- Promote Electronics & Communication Engineering education through community outreach.


- Collaborate with academic institutions, industries, and professional bodies.


- Participate in workshops and seminars to enhance the institutions visibility and influence.

Requirements For Professor:


- Ph.D. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized institution.


- A minimum of 10 years of teaching and research experience in higher education including 03 years of experience as Associate Professor, with significant contributions to the field.


- Demonstrated leadership in academic and research activities, including a minimum of 10 research publications in SCI/ UGC/ AICTE approved journals.


- Experience in guiding and mentoring students and junior faculty members.


- Proven ability to secure research grants and foster interdisciplinary collaborations.

For Associate Professor:


- Ph.D. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized institution.


- A minimum of 08 years of teaching and research experience in higher education institutions including 02 years post PhD, with a focus on emerging trends in Electronics & Communication Engineering.


- Evidence of scholarly achievements, including a minimum of 06 research publications in SCI/ UGC/ AICTE approved journals.


- Experience in curriculum development and course delivery.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

For Assistant Professor:


- Masterdegree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized institution, or nearing completion, with a strong emphasis on research potential.


- A demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence, with a minimum of 01 year of teaching experience is preferred.


- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to fostering academic excellence and student success.
