Designation: Assistant Relationship Manager || Motor Insurance || Agency Channel (Field Role) Job Role:
- Recruit and manage insurance agents for the agency channel
- Support and motivate agents to drive business
- Coordinate with agents in the field and ensure productivity
- Achieve assigned targets through agent network
