Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role of a Contract Manager based in Srinagar, The Contract Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of contracts within projects, including drafting, negotiating, and monitoring contract terms to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include managing risks, liaising with stakeholders, resolving contract disputes, and supporting the delivery of projects on-time and within budget. The role will involve collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and providing expert advice on contractual matters to ensure project success.

Experience : 10+ Years

Qualifications Robust knowledge of contract management, negotiation, and drafting Proven expertise in project management and cost control Problem-solving, risk assessment, and dispute resolution skills Familiarity with local regulations, legal standards, and compliance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Proficiency in relevant software and tools for document and data management Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is a strong advantage Knowledge of sustainability practices within the built workplace is preferred Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mfbbh
