Machine maintenance In-charge (Jammu and Kashmir)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (1) Maintain all mould in good working order. (2) Scheduling of preventive maintenance of mould as per production schedule requirement. (3) Perform repairs for sudden breakdown. (4) Maintain weight of pail & lid as per standard. (5) Requisition mould spare part and maintain spare inventory. (6) Provide input to production regarding mould status report. EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Required: High school graduate or higher. Positive knowledge of plastic injection mould design. Working knowledge of mould system enclosing. COMMENTS: (1)Hot runner & HR Controller (2)Cooling design & function (3)Hydraulic design & function (4) ancillary equipment controller & sensors. Good knowledge of machine tool operation, Lathe work, Mill work, Surface grinder operation. Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skill. Strong work ethic Experience- 5years to 8 years(Minimum).
