Human Resource Executive (Shalimar Bagh)

As our HR Intern, you'll work closely with the founding team to help attract, hire, and onboard the right people as Skillsify scales. This is a generalist HR role — you'll touch recruitment, culture, and operations. Great for someone who wants real HR experience, not just theory.
- Manage end-to-end hiring — sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Manage documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities along with offboarding
- Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
- Plan and execute team engagement activities and events
- Gather feedback regularly from client and share insights with leadership
- Assist managers in & maintaining or setting and tracking KPIs/OKRs Pay: ₹14,850.36
