- Strong knowledge of Physics and Physics Education
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching methodologies for NEET and JEE classes.
- Basic understanding of Mathematics relevant to physics concepts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or a related field; a teaching certification is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and support students academic growth
