You must be willing to commute to the office location. As an Executive Office Assistant, you will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate office operations, and provide clerical support to ensure efficiency. Responsibilities include handling phone communication, maintaining office equipment, managing schedules, and providing overall support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. You may need to do occasional cold calls but that is very rare.Qualifications Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills Experience in handling and maintaining Office Equipment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented settingA high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in office management or a relevant field are a plus Salary is offered upto INR 25k per month strictly based on experience and skills.
