Responsibilities include advising clients on real estate transactions, property sourcing, matching client needs with suitable properties, and providing accurate market insights. The consultant will engage in client consultations, conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and ensure legal documentation is handled properly. Building strong client relationships and keeping up-to-date with market trends will also be essential.Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client handling and negotiations Strong sales, marketing, and networking abilities to achieve targets Knowledge of property valuation, market trends, and real estate regulations in Jammu&Kashmir Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple client interactions and transactions effectively Proficiency in contract negotiation and legal documentation for property transactions Fluency in English, Urdu, and Kashmiri is a valuable asset Basic understanding of digital tools and software for property listing and client interactionRelevant work experience in real estate or a related field is preferred Minimum qualification: Graduation in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
