Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect Skills: Salesforce Experience: 9 - 16 years Location: Greater Noida We at Coforge are hiring Salesforce Architects with the following skillset: 9+ years of experience in Technical&Solution Architecture, including detailed design, prototyping&testing, either in an advisory capacity or hands-on. This includes the preparation and / or authoring of related artifacts (both documentary&otherwise). Experience in the formulation&implementation of Technical&Technology Strategies based on the Salesforce.com suite of products&services. 5+ years of experience defining, designing, delivering&deploying Salesforce-based technical solutions in an accountable or responsible role. A minimum of 2 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations&executing data migrations. A minimum of 2 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex enterprise-wide Salesforce implementations. Certification in Salesforce should include at least one Developer Track Certification (Platform Developer I or II), at least one Cloud Consultant Certification (Community, Field Service, Sales, or Service)&one or more current certifications in the Salesforce Architect track. Proven ability to build, manage&foster a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated ability to work creatively&analytically in a problem-solving environment. Excellent communication (written&oral)&interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to a variety of audiences (from executives to technically detailed audiences). Excellent leadership&management skills. Preferred: Demonstrable expert-level knowledge of Salesforce&its underlying platform architecture&technical workings. Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions, including cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation&management.
