Job Description– Business Development Key Responsibilities Handle customer RFQs (Request for Quotations) and ensure timely responses Manage client communication and maintain strong professional relationships Oversee program coordination and execution Identify new business opportunities and contribute torevenue growthCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Track and report business development activities Educational Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering MBA (preferred) Experience Required 5–7 years of hands-on experience in business development or a similar roleFunctional Skills Strong understanding of RFQ handling and customer lifecycle Business development and client acquisition strategies Sales pipeline management Core Competencies Excellent negotiation and deal-closing ability Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of RFQs successfully converted Revenue growth and target achievement Client acquisition and retention rate Customer satisfaction levels Supplementary Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reportingTarget-oriented and self-motivated approach
