The School Counselor will provide individual and group counseling to students, assist with career guidance, and support their mental and emotional well-being. The role involves assessing students' needs, developing personalized plans, and collaborating with educators and parents to foster a supportive school environment. The counselor will also design programs and strategies that promote the personal and academic growth of students.Qualifications Freshers can apply and 0-1 experience is needed. Proficiency in Career Counseling, with an ability to guide students in academic and professional decision-making processes. Knowledge of Psychology and Mental Health practices to support emotional and psychological well-being. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and educational staff. Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred. Rs 15000/- is fixed salary not negotiable. Transport facility can be available accordingly school route.
