You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content such as user guides, white papers, API documentation, blog posts, and technical articles.Key Responsibilities Content Development: Write clear, accurate, and engaging technical content, including user manuals, API documentation, technical blog posts, white papers, and tutorials. Technical Documentation: Collaborate with engineering teams to create and maintain up-to-date product documentation and instructional content for internal and external users.Simplifying Complex Topics: Translate technical information into user-friendly content for a wide range of audiences, including developers, engineers, and non-technical users. Content Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product updates to produce authoritative and relevant content.SEO and Content Strategy: Work with the marketing and SEO teams to optimize technical content for search engines, including the use of keywords, metadata, and linking strategies. Content Review and Editing: Ensure all content is reviewed for accuracy, consistency, and clarity while adhering to the company's style guidelines.Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather and verify technical information for documentation and content development. Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical concepts, software development, cloud computing, APIs, programming languages, or IT systems.Writing Skills: Strong technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear and concise content. Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and reliable. Tools Expertise: Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, GitHub, JIRA, MS Office Suite, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.SEO Understanding: Experience in writing SEO-friendly technical content, understanding of on-page SEO strategies, and keyword optimization.
