Key responsibilities include:Production: Shoot videos for Reels, Shorts, and promotional content; manage camera, lighting, and basic audio. Post-production: Edit footage, color-correct, add graphics/effects, and prepare platform-ready files. Creative development: Plan and pitch engaging short-form concepts aligned with marketing goals.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and timelines. Quality&delivery: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, engaging videos that meet brand standards. Who we're looking for Technical: Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar editing tools. Creative: Storytelling ability and a strong creative mindset for short-form content.Attributes: Willingness to learn, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have: Familiarity with social media video formats, motion graphics, or DSLR/mirrorless camera operation.
