As our HR Intern, you'll work closely with the founding team to help attract, hire, and onboard the right people as Skillsify scales. This is a generalist HR role — you'll touch recruitment, culture, and operations. Outstanding for someone who wants real HR experience, not just theory. Manage end-to-end hiring — sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs Manage documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities along with offboarding Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook Plan and execute team engagement activities and events Gather feedback regularly from client and share insights with leadership Assist managers in & maintaining or setting and tracking KPIs/OKRs

Pay: ₹14,850.36
