JOB DESCRIPTION :- Account Assistant Location :- Shalimar Bagh, Delhi Stipend: ₹5000/- per month (Starting) ABOUT THE ROLE :- We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking candidate to join. This is a high-growth opportunity where you will move beyond textbook theory and handle live business accounts, tax filings, and financial reconciliations. What You Will Do :-
- Accounting Operations: Maintain accurate day-to-day books of accounts using TallyPrime, including contra entries and payment processing.
- Taxation Support: Assist in the preparation of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B) and ensure compliance with TDS and TCS provisions.
- Inventory & Documentation: Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain organized records of debit/credit notes for various business parties.
- Reconciliation: Perform bank and party ledger reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Compliance: Assist with documentation for regulatory filings and internal audits. Qualifications & Skills Education :- Currently pass-out 12th Students with Commerce Background or recently Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, [ B.com / B.com(H) ] . Technical Skills :-
* Basic understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Basic Microsoft Excel Familiarity with accounting software Tally And Busy Software . Soft Skills :- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
