Production Manager (Pahalgam)

Assistant Manager – Production (Wiring Harness) Department: Production – Harness Experience: 8–15 Years Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Electrical Industry Requirement: Mandatory experience in Wiring Harness manufacturing only. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end wiring harness production operations.
- Ensure smooth production flow with quality and safety standards.
- Plan and schedule production as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Stores, Procurement, QC, Engineering, HR, and Maintenance teams.
- Handle manpower planning, training, and team management.
- Monitor production targets, productivity, wastage, downtime, and KPIs.
- Ensure availability of raw materials and components for production.
- Resolve production issues and maintain delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF & IPC standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Maintain safety standards on the shop floor.
- Prepare production reports and update Plant Head regularly. Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of wiring harness manufacturing processes.
- Production planning & scheduling experience.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Good communication and training abilities.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
- SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Basic MS Office & Excel knowledge required. Reporting To: Sr. Manager / HOD Pay: ₹40,000.00
