This includes process monitoring, resource allocation, and implementation of operational strategies. The role also involves coordinating with different stakeholders, managing staff schedules, and addressing operational challenges. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Virudhunagar, requiring strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management for overseeing day-to-day business activities. Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced operational environment. Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is beneficial. Previous experience in a similar operational role is an advantage. Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills are highly desirable.
