Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Retail Operations to lead and manage the overall retail strategy and operations across multiple outlets. The role involves P&L ownership, sales growth, operational excellence, team leadership, and customer experience enhancement(link removed) The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing multi-store retail operations, preferably in the healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness industry, with proven ability to drive business growth and scale operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide P&L leadership for all retail outlets, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
  • Drive sales, revenue growth, and customer retention across all stores.
  • Standardize and enforce SOPs, compliance, and quality standards in line with healthcare/retail norms.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a large operations and store management team to achieve performance excellence.
  • Oversee store expansion, location strategy, and new outlet setup(link removed)>
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to design promotions, loyalty programs, and branding initiatives(link removed)>
  • Analyze retail performance metrics (sales, footfall, conversion rates, shrinkage, inventory turns, etc.) to optimize operations.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor, distributor, and supply chain relationships(link removed)>
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety norms, and internal audit standards(link removed)>
  • Implement technology-driven solutions (ERP, POS, CRM) for efficient retail management.
  • Report directly to senior leadership/CEO with strategic insights and operational performance dashboards(link removed)>


Key Requirements:
  • Graduate / MBA (Retail, Operations, Healthcare Management preferred).
  • 15 18 years of progressive experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role(link removed)>
  • Strong background in multi-store management (healthcare, pharmacy, wellness, FMCG, or organized retail).
  • Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, sales growth, and operational scale-up(link removed)>
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate across functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, POS, CRM systems, and retail analytics tools(link removed)>
