Branding&Creative Executive Job Title: Branding&Creative Executive Salary:₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month Experience Required: 2-3 years Job Description: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and aesthetically strong Branding&Creative Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands branding beyond just design, someone who can build a complete visual identity and bring ideas to life across social media, videos, websites and promotional content. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, storytelling and branding, along with the ability to execute creative ideas across different platforms. We are looking for someone who is proactive, versatile and capable of handling multiple creative requirements end-to-end.Key Responsibilities: Branding&Identity Creation: Create and develop complete brand identities including logos, typography, colour palettes, mood boards and brand guidelines. Ensure consistency in visual branding across all platforms and collaterals. Understand brand positioning and translate ideas into strong visual communication.Social Media&Content Design: Design high-quality social media posts, carousels, promotional creatives and marketing materials. Create visually engaging content aligned with the brand’s tone and positioning. Work closely with the team on campaign concepts, launches and promotional activities. Video Editing&Reels: Edit engaging reels, promotional videos and short-form content for Instagram and other social platforms. Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, music and visual effects to enhance content quality. Create promotional videos for launches, events and campaigns. Website Creation: Design and build basic websites and landing pages on platforms such as Wix, Framer or similar no-code platforms.Ensure websites are visually appealing, user-friendly and aligned with the brand identity. Coordinate with the team for updates, changes and website optimisation. Creative Collaterals: Design brochures, presentations, banners, pitch decks, thumbnails, PDFs and other brand collaterals as required.Support the team with creative assets for advertisements, events and internal branding requirements. Key Skills and Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in branding, graphic design, creative strategy or related fields. Strong knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.Experience in video editing, reel creation and promotional content production. Strong understanding of branding, aesthetics, typography, layouts and colour theory. Experience in creating logos, brand identities and visual systems. Basic website creation skills using no-code platforms like Wix, WordPress, Shopify, etc.Good understanding of social media trends and content formats. Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines. Fluent in English. Preferred: Candidates with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, video editing and website work will be highly preferred.
