Solar Production Incharge oversees manufacturing or assembly lines for solar panels, modules, or inverters, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high quality, efficiency, and safety standards. Key responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing workflow, reducing costs, and conducting quality control checks, such as IEC standard testing.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Execution: Plan, schedule, and execute daily production activities on the shop floor to meet organizational goals.Quality Management: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, safety regulations, and industry standards (e.g., IEC 61215/61730).Process Improvement: Analyze current methods to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste/rejections.Team Supervision: Supervise, train, and mentor production staff to build a skilled and motivated workforce.Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor material flow, manage inventory, and coordinate with maintenance for equipment uptime.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Proven experience in the solar industry, particularly in manufacturing or assembly.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules, inverter assembly (SMT & THT), and electrical components.Leadership: Strong supervisory and team management skills.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and improve production processes.Documentation: Proficiency in maintaining production logs, test reports, and compliance documents
