Company Description At Teen Theory Global Education, we have in-house specialised support and training for students targeting all kinds of majors, from CS to the visual arts to business and economics and more. We're looking for an Economics PhD-holder to mentor some of our smartest, most ambitious students as they write their own economics research papers. The students you guide go on to study at the world's best colleges, such as Dartmouth, UPenn, Imperial, LSE, NUS, and so on. This is a contractual, work-from-home role with a light time commitment of roughly 4–5 hours a week, so it fits comfortably alongside your other existing engagements. Responsibilities
- Mentor smart, ambitious students through the process of writing original economics research papers.
- Guide students in formulating research questions, structuring arguments, designing the research study, and applying economic theory and methods.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback that helps students produce publication-quality work. Who We're Looking For
- A PhD in Economics (or a rigorous quantitative field).
- A robust research track record with published work.
- Excellent written communication and oral communication.
