Tender Executive (Surat)

Aclean Energies Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities. The candidate will be responsible for searching, preparing, and submitting tenders for government and private projects, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Responsibilities :
- Search and identify relevant tenders (government & private)
- Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines
- Review tender requirements and eligibility criteria
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation
- Maintain tender records and submission history
- Follow up on bids and clarification queries
- Ensure compliance with tender guidelines and formats
- Assist in contract finalization after tender approval Qualification :
- B.E. Electrical / Diploma Electrical
- Diploma in relevant field is also acceptable Skills Required
- Knowledge of tendering process (Government & Private)
- Robust documentation and drafting skills
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF handling)
- Attention to detail and deadline management
- Good communication and coordination skills Language :
- Gujarati (Required)
- Hindi (Preferred)
