The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to schedules, and effectively manage resources to meet production targets. Responsibilities include coordinating production planning, supervising teams to ensure quality and efficiency, and addressing any operational challenges to maintain smooth workflows. The Production Supervisor will also play a key role in fostering communication across departments and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Qualifications Proven Supervisory Skills to effectively manage, guide, and motivate teams. Proficiency in Production Scheduling and Planning to meet project deadlines on time and budget. Robust communication abilities to collaborate across teams and ensure clear, efficient information flow. Expertise in Production Management processes, including monitoring quality and optimizing operations. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail while addressing challenges in production workflows. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
