About the Role
We are hiring a Remote Telecaller and Customer Service Executive for a full-time work-from-home opportunity. This is a voice process role ideal for candidates with experience in telecalling, customer support, inbound/outbound calling, BPO, or call center operations.

Key Responsibilities
As a Telecaller / Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, managing follow-ups, and supporting leads through voice and WhatsApp communication. Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers Handle inbound customer queries over calls and WhatsApp Follow up with interested prospects to drive conversions Maintain accurate customer notes, call logs, and CRM details Coordinate with internal sales and support teams Meet daily calling targets and customer communication KPIs Deliver a qualified, polite, and friendly customer experience
Requirements & Skills
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the discipline to perform consistently in a remote setup. Fluency in English and Hindi (clear pronunciation, neutral accent preferred) Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, customer support, voice process, BPO, or call center roles preferred Confident, extroverted, and energetic personality Comfortable speaking with customers on calls for long hours Comfortable being on video camera throughout the shift Secure high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps recommended) Working laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone Quiet, distraction-free home office setup
