We’re Hiring : Purchase Assistant Location : Surat, Gujarat Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month Experience: 1–2 years About the Role Join as a Purchase Assistant and support the procurement team in vendor coordination, purchase documentation, and smooth material management for ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities Assist in vendor sourcing, quotation collection & price comparison Prepare purchase orders & maintain accurate records Coordinate with suppliers & site teams for timely material delivery Support inventory tracking & stock management Maintain purchase documentation & compliance records Follow up with vendors for invoices, payments & delivery schedules Provide administrative support to the purchase department Requirements Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or related field 0–2 years of experience in purchase/procurement roles Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) Good communication & organizational skills Infrastructure/Construction industry experience preferred Professional Strengths Detail-oriented & organized professional Strong coordination & multitasking abilities Proactive approach with deadline management skills How To Apply Share your resume to 7039714541 Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits
