- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Required Skills

- MATLAB learning and application knowledge
- Hardware testing skills
- Software handling skills
- Good technical understanding and troubleshooting ability Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform daily hardware testing of educational kits
- Update existing manuals and develop new technical manuals
- Maintain and update YouTube videos for product demonstrations
- Conduct product training sessions for internal/external stakeholders
- Provide online technical support to customers/users
- Handle educational kit door updates and improvements
- Continuously improve software and hardware testing capabilities through self-learning and practical exposure Preferred Candidate Profile
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proven experience in R&D; or a similar role with a solid portfolio of successful projects
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
