As we continue expanding, we are looking for a motivated Management Intern to support daily operations and contribute to process optimization initiatives. Your Role as a Management Intern Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery execution.
- Coordinate with freelance delivery partners and business clients to maintain operational continuity.
- Monitor operational performance and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support customer issue resolution and help improve service quality processes.
- Collaborate with operations and tech teams to optimize logistics workflows and internal systems.
- Contribute to process documentation, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Assist in scheduling, shift management, and fleet coordination activities. What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
