- Retail Operations Management: Oversee the efficient functioning of the store and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Sales Performance: Formulate and execute sales strategies, monitor sales metrics, and assess performance to achieve objectives.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, collaborate with the order and repair teams, and deliver outstanding service.
- Promotions and Offers: Roll out recent promotions and obtain necessary approvals for additional discounts.
- Team Management: Inspire and direct store personnel, conduct recruitment interviews, and offer performance evaluations.
