The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and other online marketplaces.The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical, operational, and team coordination skills who can drive online sales growth, optimize platform performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.Oversee product listings, catalog management and content optimization.Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to improve sales, visibility, and profitabilityCoordinate with marketplace account managers and internal teams to ensure platform compliance and operational efficiencyMonitor inventory planning, order fulfillment, returns, and logistics performanceAnalyze sales data, campaign performance, customer trends, and platform reports to drive business decisionsPlan and execute promotional campaigns, ads, discounts, and seasonal sales activitiesResolve operational issues related to listings, payments, claims, or logistics in a timely mannerWork closely with warehouse, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless executionTrack KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insightsRequired Skills & Experience2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace managementStrong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, etc.Experience in managing promotional campaigns and platform advertisingStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting toolsExcellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple platforms and priorities in a rapid-paced environmentBachelor’s degree required.
