As we continue expanding, we are looking for a motivated Management Intern to support daily operations and contribute to process optimization initiatives.

Your Role as a Management Intern

Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery execution. Coordinate with freelance delivery partners and business clients to maintain operational continuity. Monitor operational performance and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Support customer issue resolution and help improve service quality processes. Collaborate with operations and tech teams to optimize logistics workflows and internal systems. Contribute to process documentation, reporting, and performance tracking. Assist in scheduling, shift management, and fleet coordination activities.

What We’re Looking For: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools is a plus. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Passion for logistics, operations, startups, and process optimization.
