Staff Trainer (Varachha)

Job Title: Staff Trainer – Operations & Soft Skills We are looking for a dynamic and disciplined Staff Trainer who can train, monitor, and improve both the behavioral and operational performance of outlet staff across locations. Candidates with a background in Psychology, Human Behavior, Hospitality, Training & Development, or related fields will be preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesSoft Skills Training
- Train staff on professional communication with customers and team members
- Improve body language, confidence, grooming, and workplace etiquette
- Conduct sessions on customer handling, conflict resolution, and positive behavior
- Build a culture of discipline, ownership, and accountability among staff
- Observe employee behavior during operations and provide corrective feedback Operational & Hard Skills Training
- Train staff on company SOPs and operational standards
- Ensure proper opening, transition, and closing procedures are followed
- Verify whether daily reports, checklists, and registers are being filled accurately
- Conduct practical on-floor training for hygiene, cleanliness, food safety, and customer service standards
- Audit staff performance and identify operational gaps
- Coordinate with outlet managers to improve team efficiency and consistency Monitoring & Evaluation
- Conduct regular outlet visits and performance reviews
- Share training reports and improvement plans with management
- Track staff progress after training sessions
- Assist in onboarding and induction training for new employees
- Help create training manuals, assessment sheets, and SOP documents Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Hospitality, Management, HR, or related field
- Prior experience in training, hospitality, retail, QSR, café, or restaurant operations preferred
- Strong observation and people-management skills
- Positive communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional language
- Ability to influence staff behavior positively while maintaining discipline Desired Traits
