What You'll Own ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ????️ Website & Merchandising

- Own the S4U Shopify storefront — listings, visuals, UX, and performance
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies for seasons, festivals & new collections
- Personalise product curation based on customer trends and campaign themes ???? Inventory & Supply Chain

- Monitor live stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team
- Ensure product availability aligns with demand and campaign calendars
- Proactively resolve stock issues before they impact the customer experience ???? Warehouse & Operations

- Oversee order processing, dispatch timelines, returns, and fulfilment SOPs
- Work with logistics partners for timely, cost-effective delivery
- Drive continuous process improvements through audits and performance reviews ???? Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor a cross-functional e-commerce team
- Set clear KPIs, build ownership, and collaborate with marketing & design
- Be the bridge between creative vision and operational execution ???? Analytics & Growth

- Track conversion rates, AOV, return rates, and fulfilment SLAs
- Turn data into strategy — for both performance and customer experience
- Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and implement them proactively ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✅ You're a Great Fit If You Have… ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

- 5+ years of e-commerce experience (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
- Hands-on expertise with Shopify
- Experience managing warehouse operations & logistics
- A solid eye for product presentation and visual storytelling
- Comfort with analytics tools (GA4, Shopify dashboard, etc.)
- Leadership experience — you've built and grown a team
