Role Overview We are hiring a Research Associate who excels at finding information others can’t. This role is focused on deep internet research, data discovery, and insight generation rather than traditional recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth online research to identify relevant data, people, companies, and insights
- Use advanced search techniques (Google, Boolean logic, AI tools) to uncover hard-to-find information
- Analyze and organize unstructured data into transparent, usable formats
- Validate and verify information for accuracy and completeness
- Build and maintain structured databases and reports
- Perform industry research, competitor analysis, and market mapping
- Support internal teams with high-quality research outputs

What We Are Looking For
- Excellent internet research skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing
- Ability to think logically and connect information from multiple sources
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and online tools
- Basic understanding of how to structure and present data

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in research, data analysis, or similar roles
- Familiarity with AI tools and research platforms
