Position: Technical officer (Building material-Slurry preparation) Location: Surat Experience: 7+year in Building Materials/chemicals, Cement, or Pre-cast industries salary: Negotiable Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Production Engineering. An MBA in Operations is a significant plus Industry: Building material Strong understanding of Slurry preparation, Analytical Mind-set, Leadership & Influence. Production Monitoring: Oversee daily production activities across multiple units. Reporting: Consolidate site data into concise reports for Head Office review. Liaison: Act as the primary point of communication between plant managers and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Oversight & Process Control
- Rejection Management: Monitor and analyze daily production reports to identify causes of high rejection rates. Implement corrective actions to reduce wastage.
- Cycle Time Optimization: Deep dive into "cutting time" issues and other bottleneck processes to ensure maximum throughput without compromising quality. 2. Strategic Support to CTO & Directors
- Data Synthesis: Translate complex plant data into concise dashboards for the CTO and Board of Directors.
- Project Tracking: Monitor the progress of new machinery installations, plant upgrades, or R&D; initiatives for reinforced panels.
- Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between the CTO’s office and Plant Managers to ensure corporate directives are executed on the ground. 3. Field Presence & Travel
- Multi-Site Monitoring: Frequent travel across our manufacturing facilities in West India (Gujarat, Maharashtra, etc.).
